1.2 By enrolling in any UGU program, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the student/participant) and UGU.

1.3 UGU provides programs in:

• Business & Management (MBA, DBA, BBA, Executive Programs)
• Technology & IT (MCA, AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Blockchain)
• Professional Certifications
• Short Career-Focused Courses
• Future offerings, including additional Masters, Doctorates, and Professional Programs

1.4 These Terms are written to be compliant with Delaware law (primary jurisdiction) while being legally safe under Indian and UAE regulations governing private, non-governmental education providers.

1.5 UGU reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Nature of Institution & Accreditation

2.1 UGU is an International Private University operating under the laws of Delaware, USA.

2.2 All programs offered are private professional qualifications. They are designed for career development, skills enhancement, and international exposure.

2.3 Accreditation Disclaimer:

• UGU holds memberships and accreditations from private, non-governmental accreditation bodies.
• These demonstrate a commitment to educational quality, but they do not equate to national or statutory university recognition.
• Students are solely responsible for verifying recognition in their home country, with employers, licensing bodies, or further education institutions.

2.4 By enrolling, you acknowledge that UGU is not a government-recognized university in India, UAE, USA, or any other jurisdiction.

3. Acceptance of Terms

3.1 By registering, enrolling, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and related policies (Privacy Policy, Disclaimer Policy, Refund Policy, Student Support & Complaint Resolution).

3.2 If you do not agree, you must not proceed with enrollment.

3.3 These Terms apply to all students worldwide, regardless of nationality or place of residence.

4. Enrollment & Eligibility

4.1 Students must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during enrollment.

4.2 UGU may request:

• Last educational qualification documents
• Government-issued ID (Passport, Aadhaar, Emirates ID, etc.)
• KYC verification (contact numbers, email verification)
• Additional documents if required

4.3 UGU reserves the right to:

• Verify documents with concerned departments or institutions
• Reject or cancel admission at its discretion
• Terminate enrollment if false or misleading details are provided

4.4 Minimum enrollment age is 18 years. Applicants under 18 require guardian consent.

5. Program Delivery

5.1 Programs are delivered using:

• AI-driven self-learning modules
• LMS access with reading materials, recorded lectures, and case studies
• Live classes with professors and industry mentors (varies per course)
• Doubt-solving support (chat, limited Q&A, or workshops)

5.2 Live Class Disclaimer:

• Not all programs include live classes.
• The number of sessions depends on the specific course.
• Live classes may be one-way (professor lectures).
• Student interaction is subject to the professor’s discretion. Some classes may allow chat-based questions only.

5.3 UGU reserves the right to:

• Update course materials
• Change instructors or mentors
• Reschedule or cancel sessions when necessary

1. Fees & Payments

6.1 All program fees are displayed on the UGU website or official communication.

6.2 Fees may include:

• Tuition charges
• LMS access
• Digital study materials
• Administrative and certification costs

6.3 Strict No Refund Policy:

• Once payment is made, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
• This applies to all programs and additional services.
• Justification: UGU provides instant access to LMS, preparatory content, and digital resources immediately upon enrollment.

6.4 The following are not valid grounds for refund:

• Change of mind
• Non-completion of program
• Non-recognition of certifications by governments/employers
• Dissatisfaction with teaching style, live sessions, or course content
• Failure to meet academic requirements

6.5 Students are responsible for transaction costs, exchange fees, or bank charges.

1. Additional Services, Upselling & Cross-Selling

7.1 UGU may offer additional value-added services for separate charges, including but not limited to:

• Premium job portal access
• CV/resume building & personalization
• Career counseling & mentorship
• Advanced interview preparation packages
• Alumni networking memberships
• Certification notarization or verification services

7.2 Unless specifically included in the program bundle, these are optional paid services.

7.3 Once purchased, the No Refund Policy applies to these services as well.

7.4 UGU reserves the right to introduce new cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 All content (AI-generated materials, e-books, videos, live lectures, logos, seals, LMS designs) are the intellectual property of UGU.

8.2 Students are granted access only for personal educational use.

8.3 It is prohibited to:

• Copy, sell, or distribute content
• Share login credentials
• Use the UGU seal or logos without written permission

1. Certifications & Recognition

9.1 Students who complete academic requirements and meet financial obligations will receive certificates of completion or professional qualifications from UGU.

9.2 Certifications are issued only upon:

• Full payment of fees
• Completion of assignments and exams
• Compliance with student conduct rules

9.3 Recognition Disclaimer:

• UGU certifications are private qualifications.
• Recognition varies by employer, country, or licensing authority.
• UGU makes no guarantee of equivalency with government degrees.

1. Job Portal & Career Services

10.1 UGU provides complimentary job portal access to all students.

10.2 UGU may also charge separately for premium features.

10.3 UGU is a facilitator, not an employer. It does not guarantee:

• Interviews
• Job offers
• Salaries or relocation assistance

10.4 Students must apply ethically. Misuse may result in termination of access.

1. Student Conduct & Discipline

11.1 Students must uphold academic integrity. Prohibited actions include:

• Plagiarism
• Cheating on assessments
• Misuse of AI for academic dishonesty
• Offensive or abusive behavior
• Unauthorized access to UGU systems

11.2 Violations may result in:

• Suspension or expulsion (without refund)
• Legal action for severe misconduct

1. Limitation of Liability

12.1 UGU shall not be liable for:

• Loss of recognition in your country
• Loss of employment, income, or career opportunities
• Technical issues or downtime of LMS
• Third-party service failures (payment gateways, employer listings)

12.2 Programs are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.

13.2 Disputes will first be addressed via negotiation and mediation.

13.3 If unresolved, disputes will be settled through international arbitration.

13.4 Final jurisdiction rests with the courts of Delaware, USA.

1. Updates & Modifications

14.1 UGU reserves the right to amend these Terms without prior notice.

14.2 Continued enrollment or use of UGU services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
