Refund Policy

Urban Global University LLC (“we,” “our,” or “the University”) provides digital education services, online programs, and learning resources through our official learning platform. We value our learners and are committed to maintaining a transparent and fair refund process.

  1. Eligibility for Refund

Students are eligible to request a refund within 7 days from the date of payment only if:

  • They have not completed more than 10% of the course content, and
  • They have not downloaded any degree/certificate, assessments, or premium materials.

After 7 days, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The request is made after 7 days from payment.
  • The student has accessed and consumed more than 10% of the course.
  • The student has received any certificates, program material, or completed assignments.
  • The student enrolled using discounted, promotional, scholarship, early bird, or group pricing.
  • The student has lost access due to violation of academic integrity, misconduct, or breach of platform policies.
  1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Send an email to connect@urbanglobaluniversity.com
  • Subject Line: Refund Request – [Your Name / Course Name]
  • Include the following details:
    • Full Name
    • Registered Email Address
    • Course / Program Enrolled
    • Payment Receipt or Transaction ID
    • Reason for Refund Request

Refund requests will be reviewed within 7–10 working days.

  1. Mode of Refund
  • All approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method only.
  • For international payments processed via Stripe, refund settlement timelines depend on Stripe and your bank.
  • We do not provide cash refunds or alternate payment channel refunds.
  1. Subscription / EMI Payments

If the student has opted for EMI, subscription, or instalment payments, any unpaid EMIs must still be paid.
Cancellation does not stop your EMI with your bank or payment partner.

  1. University Rights

The University reserves the right to:

  • Approve or deny refund requests based on usage and records.
  • Modify this refund policy at any time, without prior notice.
